Executive General Manager
Malvin Chimutengo is the Executive General Manager who oversees all the operational activities of Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care.
Malvin’s background is psychiatric nursing and has worked in the health and social community sector for over 15 years in a variety of roles.
In addition to his professional experience in the sector, Malvin was a founding member of the Multicultural ambassador program for the Mental health foundation Australia, this is a community driven advocacy body.
Sarah has only been with Sunrise2Sunrise for 3 months. Sarah brings extensive experience of 15 years of customer service and satisfaction.
Sarah thus brings a wealth of Experience to the Roster team as a Roster Coordinator.
Sarah is a mum of 1 and she lives for her family. Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, She is a car enthusiast and enjoys going to car shows and car events, roller skating, movies and music.

Bronte Kors-Jones is a Support Coordinator with Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care, who has recently completed her Bachelors of Social Work, Bronte has always had a passion for helping individual’s reach their full potential in life. Completing her Bachelors allowed her to broaden her knowledge and skills so she is able to share her knowledge and experience. Outside of work she loves exercising and spending time with family and friends.
Senior Support Coordinator
Amanda Dalton, is the Senior Support Coordinator within the Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care and has worked within the Disability Support and Education sector for over two decades within a variety of roles. This experience has provided her with in-depth knowledge and understanding in relation to the needs, supports and complexities of service users and their connections.
Tracey Dillon-Larsson is the Intake Coordinator at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care.
She lives and works in Pakenham. Tracey is a mother of two grown up children and a grandmother.
Andrea Daniel Palmer comes with a decade of HR experience within Australia and Overseas. Andrea has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has also completed Cert IV in Disability Support. Working at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care, enables her to combine her qualifications with her experience is a dream come true. Andrea was born in India, raised in Oman and immigrated to Australia in 2016, having lived in 3 very different countries she has a deep respect and understanding of various cultures and traditions.
Andrea is a mum of two little girls and they keep her on her toes so when she can grab a few minutes to herself she enjoys reading. Andrea loves making handmade cards, wedding invitations and jewellery too when time permits.
Nish Wickramasinghe is a Support Coordinator with Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. What gets him out of bed in the morning is finding the balance between work and personal life. He is a polished participant facing presenter and specialises in developing relationships with participants, their families and therapists. He brings energy and maturity with him every day and values everything he can do for the people that need it the most.
Melanie Wood, is a support coordinator at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. Melanie has been working with Sunrise2Sunrise as a support worker.. She is passionate about helping people achieve their personal best.
Melanie enjoys cooking, sewing and spending time with family and friends.
Sheenal Chand is the Executive Assistant at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. She is a detail-oriented individual, with above the standard written and oratorical communication skills. Sheenal is a strong problem solver, with an analytical mind and exceptional attention to detail.
Sheenal comes to Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care with experience of having worked in various community support and welfare settings for 11 years, more specifically in the health and social care sector.
Apart from work Sheenal is a very sociable person. When she gets a chance, she grabs it to have some family time and creating memories. Sheenal loves nature and enjoys long drives and music.
Support Co ordination
Vikki Lewis is a Support Coordinator with Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. She is a mother of four adult children and has enjoyed a career in education and support.
Vikki enjoys camping, spending time with her family and friends. She loves a good book and watching all kinds of movies. She also enjoys meeting new people and discovering new places.
Angela Hards - As the Operations Manager for Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care she brings with her many years of experience working within a variety of areas in Community and Customer Service roles inclusive of service roles within areas such as trade, medical and technology. She has also spent many years as a caller-taker for 000 emergency calls, which has provided her with an abundance of skills needed for the role she is in today. During her working life she has also spent time as a Nanny, as well as collaborating with clients as a disability support worker. Angela has also volunteered for several years within a horse rescue organization, which she thoroughly enjoyed and hopes to own her own horse in the future.
Angela delights in spending time with her most amazing achievements in life, her children and would love to one day move to the country with them and have horses of their own. Angela very much enjoys being in nature and takes the opportunity whenever she is able to. One of her favourite things to do when she is able to is tree top climbing, particularly at the Glenn Harrow Park in Belgrave.
Executive Managing Director
Ravi Bhatt comes with a wealth of experience as the Executive Managing Director at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. He has a passion for the service and has worked as a support worker, team leader, operations manager and has delivered training to large classrooms for positive behaviour support training. Ravi has been in the sector for several years.
His leadership, negotiation and customer engagement capabilities are highly regarded in the Disability Sector. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, an Advanced diploma in Disability, a Diploma in Community Welfare Work and has been a mindfulness teacher.
Ravi has extensive experience in financial sustainability, risk management, people leadership, safety and relationship management. He strongly believes in Sunrise2Sunrise’s values and mission and is committed to driving continuous improvement to support Sunrise2Sunrise’s sustainable growth.
Executive Finance Director
Krishna Sevak holds a Master’s in Business Management and Bachelor in Computer Science. Krishna combines her passion for finance and business with her drive to be an active member in the wider community as the Executive Finance Director here with us at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. Krishna also has a background of Child Care, holding the position of a team leader. Krishna is an independent voice to the executive team, ensuring a level of objectivity in all decisions. Krishna has a wealth of knowledge in the disciplines of financial management, risk mitigation, management and social responsibility.
Apart from her passion Krishna is the mother of two beautiful children. Krishna is a very social person who enjoys going to new places and meeting new people.
Anne is one of our House Coordinators, she oversees a few of our accommodation houses. Anne has been working in the Disability Sector for several years and has a great experience as a support worker, team leader and a house coordinator. Anne loves working with people and is passionate about seeing the staff progress to make a change in our clients lives.
Apart from work Anne loves her family time. She is a fun person who takes in charge only when she needs to otherwise she is always there for everyone.
Sandra Simic is one our House Coordinators at Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care who oversees the day-to-day operations of a few of our residential houses. Sandra has a lot of experience in the sector as she has worked in different roles including being a support worker. Sandra’s aim is to provide the highest quality of support to her team in order to provide the best services and to empower people living with a disability to lead a fulfilling and valued life.
Apart from work, Sandra is a happy go lucky person. She loves to spend time with her family and friends when time allows her.
Marissa Enciondo is a Support Coordinator with Sunrise2Sunrise Community Care. One of her passions in life is empowering people to be the best version of themselves. Marissa’s background includes dental nursing, working within the entertainment industry, a support worker and running her own business in the Wellness industry for over 18 years. She published her self- development book “Dancing in the Sunlight” in 2017 and has been invited as an inspirational guest speaker around Melbourne.
Marissa loves meditating, writing, reading, music and to boogie on the dance floor. Marissa feels it is a real honour to be a part of a fabulous company performing a role where she can help make a difference in people’s lives.
Azelie Zaccari is a paediatric Occupational Therapist who provides therapy services for children from birth to 16 years of age. Azelie strives to make a positive difference in as many children’s lives as possible by supporting them to achieve their meaningful goals. She does this through establishing a strong therapeutic rapport with the children and their families and uses a strength-based therapy approach based on the child’s interests.
Outside of work Azelie is a massive fan of adventure and enjoys hiking, camping and 4WDriving.
Behaviour Support Practioner | Speech Therapist
Dolly Bhargava completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney, a Master of Special Education from the University of Newcastle, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Midway through her career she realised her passion was in supporting children, adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). She started working extensively with individuals with EBD in a variety of contexts such as family homes, childcare centres, preschool, schools, respite care, post school options, employment services and corrective services.
Dolly has seen firsthand how difficult it can be for those who support individuals with EBD. She has authored a Positive Behaviour Support book series, online courses, Rainbow of Emotions App and Behaviour Help App which provides an expert blend of theory and practical wisdom she has gathered from working with individuals with EBD, their families, educators and professionals over the last 21 years. Dolly is our Behaviour Support Specialist and Speech Pathologist who is here with us at S2S to strengthen the practical skills and knowledge of all staff and to lead a practice culture that is evidence based, integrates theory and research into person centred practises that are progressive and innovative. She will also be providing a range of practical, interactive and customised workshops that can be accessed by for parents, educators, disability support staff, coordinators, case managers and professionals.
Remoun holds a Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Specialist Certificate in Family & Counselling and is an ACA member and PACAFA Reg. Clinical.
Remoun is an accredited Counsellor who specializes in disadvantaged clients, disabled clients, adolescents, drug and alcohol, relationship and conflict, abused clients, addictions, mental health issues, grief and loss, acquired brain injury, marriage and conflict issues. Remoun works with people to improve the quality of their relationships, manage their emotions and make changes and choices which will lead to enhanced wellbeing and greater satisfaction in their personal and working life.
Remoun’s aim is to build a trusting relationship with his clients, which involves them in every step of the counselling process. Remoun has a degree of high patience and is dedicated to help clients achieve their goals.
Accredited Social Worker | Counsellor
Evelyn is an Accredited Social Worker who holds a Masters of Social Work (MSW) obtained from Deakin University and is registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology and Psychology (BA Hons Soc and Psych) obtained from Birmingham City University, UK.
Evelyn’s experience spans across 15 years and has practiced in community organisations including Uniting (Family Services and Stronger Families Program), Sure Start Children’s Centres, UK as well as public health settings including Monash Health and National Health Service, UK. She has worked broadly with children and parents as well as individual work with adults. Her experience is diverse across many cultures, family structures and individuals with different abilities.
Evelyn, reflects warmth and empathy when working with you and has a collaborative and reflective approach which encourages psychological growth and empowering you to make positive changes in your life thereby strengthening and improving your health and wellbeing. She creates an environment which allows you to feel safe to tell your story or talk about issues in a way that is unique to you. By engaging in counselling, clients have the opportunity to develop a deeper ability for reflection and gain a sense of greater self-acceptance, leading to a more authentic and comprehensive experience of themselves. Evelyn’s clients have reported thoroughly enjoying working with her saying that they feel heard, valued and comfortable.
Shay Donnachie is one of our House Coordinators at Sunrise2sunrise Community Care who oversees a number of our residential houses and staffing teams. She has a lot of experience in the sector as both a team leader as well as a coordinator. Shay took some time off to pursue primary teaching and travelled to China to teach for 6 months. However, her passion lies in helping people with disabilities access quality care the way they want it so she returned to community care to do what she does best. In her free time, you will find Shay either at home in the garden trying to find her green thumb or being walked by her two fur babies, Hudson and Hamish. Shay loves a laugh and will always have a smile on her face and smudges on her glasses.
